The dream state offers perspective that goes far beyond just the informational sorting of waking life. Dreams are born of the innermost awareness of self, the relationship to each other, and to the natural world.  Dreams are where these worlds converge, unencumbered by physical and social constraints. What’s more, dreams are a gift available to each of us every night. 

 

Dreams have been a foundational and guiding aspect to my life and countless others throughout time.  Traditional cultures throughout the world have honored and developed their dreaming to such high degrees that the wisdom within the culture is derived from dream. 

 

This class will offer instruction and opportunity to honor your dreams and your process of dreaming.

 

With a lifetime of dreaming and decades of dream-work-practice,  Dave will share his insights on dreaming that include dream journaling, techniques to recall and remember dreams, and integrating dreams into waking life to develop a deeper awareness of self and interconnectedness.

 

Format:  Part instruction and part dream sharing, these classes offer us the opportunity to learn from and honor the dreams/dreamer in an open, supportive, and positive atmosphere. 

 

*No experience necessary. It is not necessary to share a dream, but all are encouraged.
